Please make sure your information is current, detailed, and accurately represents your music.

Required Form Content

Please complete all required fields, including Band/Artist Name, Event Date, Event Time, GENRE, and a compelling, up-to-date BIO.

If your lineup, biography, genre, website, social links, or other artist information has changed since your original Artist Submission, please provide the most current information here.

Promotional Photo Requirements

Please provide a current, high-quality promotional photo of your band or artist.

Your promotional photo must be a clean image with no text, event information, venue logos, dates, borders, or flyer graphics added to it. Shamrock Irons uses these photos to create promotional materials for our website, social media, digital displays, and print advertising.

Please make sure any band photo you submit represents your current lineup.

Facebook Event Flyer

If you have created your own flyer for the event, you may submit it separately for use with Facebook event promotion.

Your Facebook event flyer must be 1920 × 1080 pixels in PNG or JPG format so it displays correctly as a Facebook Event cover image.

The flyer should include:

  • Band/Artist Name

  • Event Date

  • Event Time

  • Shamrock Irons Logo

Artist-supplied event flyers are used for Facebook event promotion only. They are not used in place of Shamrock Irons promotional artwork for our website, digital displays, print advertising, or other venue-created materials.
